JOB TITLE #1: Securities Dealer

Responsibilities:

  • To handle securities transactions as well as provide timely and efficient securities services to clients
  • To analyse market trend and provide advice to clients
  • To prepare various daily or monthly trading statistics reports as required
  • To alert the supervisors when any suspicious transaction is identified during order execution
  • To monitor client’s orders and margin level and conduct margin call and margin report

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 1 -2 years’ work experience in related field
  • Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities (Type 1 and 2) under SFO
  • Familiar with the HKEX and SFC rules and regulations
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, fluency in Mandarin is a must
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

JOB TITLE #2: Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ECM department
  • Assist in client account opening procedures and general administration duties
  • Provide updated daily news, research reports, company’s new products info to clients
  • Handle IPO / placement subscription
  • Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business, finance or related disciplines
  • Licensed with SFC Type 1 (Dealing in securities) or passed HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7, 8 is a must
  • Proficient in usual PC applications such as Excel, Word, Power-Point and Access
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, fluency in Mandarin is a must
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and be a team player
  • Fresh university graduates with less working experience will also be considered
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

JOB TITLE #3: Assistant Analyst  Research Department

Job Descriptions:

  • Cover different trading markets including HK stocks, A stocks & Futures
  • Assist in preparation of research reports and providing investment advices to clients regularly and timely upon market and industry movement on specific sector and company focus
  • Support data analysis works

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor degree with a major in accounting/finance or business/economics or related disciplines, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Knowledge of economics, stock and futures markets; familiar with certain industries
  • Strong analytical mind, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
